# Access

# Accessing the Panel

After purchasing a game server at Vellix Hosting, our automated system installs your server instance and sends a welcome email containing your login details.

Follow these steps to access your panel for the first time:

## Step 1: Retrieve Your Credentials

Check the inbox of the email address you used during checkout on our billing area (remember to check your **SPAM** or **Junk** folders just in case).

Look for an email with the subject: **"Your Game Server is Ready - Access Details"**.

Inside this email, you will find:

* **Panel URL**: [https://panel.vellix.host](https://panel.vellix.host)
* **Username / Email**: Your registered email address.
* **Temporary Password**: A secure, auto-generated password.

## Step 2: Logging in to Reviactyl

1. Click on the link [panel.vellix.host](https://panel.vellix.host) to open the login screen.
2. Enter your email address and the temporary password provided in the email.
3. Click the **"Login"** button.

## Step 3: Navigating Your Dashboard

Once logged in, you will be greeted by the **Reviactyl** dashboard listing your active servers.

Each server card displays:

* **Server Name** (e.g., *My Minecraft Server*).
* **Unique ID** (e.g., `a1b2c3d4`).
* **Connection IP & Port** (e.g., `190.22.44.112:25565`).
* **Real-time Status** (Green dot for online, red for offline, yellow/grey during boot/installation).
* **Resource Metrics** (Live CPU and RAM utilization).

To start managing your server, simply **click on the server's card**. This will open the server's interactive **Console** and control options.

> Do not share your primary account password with anyone. If you need developers, builders, or admins to help you set up or manage your server, use the **Subusers** feature to grant them customized, limited access instead.
